Cloud Crops

Eating fresh vegetables & fruits which are pesticide free produce is right of every person. We at cloud crops have mastered the skills & art of growing fresh food products with 90% less water in small spaces for any personnel.

Idea was inspired during lockdown to find good practices of growing healthy vegetables, without usage of chemicals and pesticides. We got connected to the modern practice and new technology known as Hydroponics.

As a passion to learn the new growing methods we started with trial kits of growing vegetables. Initially concept looked simple but it required lot of dedication and involvement to master the growing skills taught by our Mentor.

After seeing first crop results, it gave us confidence to run pilot projects on terrace space and it motivated us to expand and reach more people of our community by doing good practices consistently Cloud Crops was born

In 2023 February with pilot project we started to grow exotic micro greens, exotic leafy vegetables & pesticide free cherry tomatoes & capsicum and started to cater small families within our community. To reach more & more customers we planned to adopt this in our new facility for growing exotic micro greens, vegetables, and will be operational by October 2023

Micro greens are the most trusted source for daily nutrition. It has 40 times more nutrition compared to fully grown plants. These tiny plants are grown without any chemical and are pesticide free. They can be consumed directly even without washing them.

Hydroponic farming has complete control over the environment including climate, temperature, humidity light & air inside poly house. This helps in providing good environment to the plants to thrive and grow well without harmed by any pests or other fungal infections. These methods allow growing of multiple varieties of food plants and vegetables throughout the year and increase the profits by planting crops at right time.

This segment is still untapped by many and has been estimated CAGR [Compound Annual Growth Rate of 22.6% globally & 13.3% in India from 2022-2029

We also train & promote new enthusiastic personnel to practice good growing methods with theme of grow your own food thru kitchen gardening, balcony gardening and also terrace gardening.

Our Story

Increase in both size and number cities worldwide are experiencing accelerated growth. With green lands regularly lost to either urbanization or its effects such as rising sea levels or natural disasters –and expanding population meaning more mouth to feed, the farming and agricultural industries are in crisis and are forced to use certain categories of pesticides and chemicals for the faster growth. During olden days we used to see seasonal crops in that particular season, but now we can see most of the fruits can be accessed throughout the year in local vegetable stores. The fruits which we see will have vibrant color and good in size grown which makes us to feel the produces are good. Even though people know this hard true fact, they are grown by use of Chemicals & Fertilizers; we buy them with No Choice. This can be changed by each and every individual by buying the Pesticide free and chemical free produces which are accessible through hydroponically farms, grown by urban farmers and sold by many Organic Stores.

Studies across country have given us the evidence of food produces grown are grown with Chemicals and pesticides. We have tried and tested proven methods and good practices for growing vegetables and Vine Crops including Micro greens under controlled environment. These produces are harvested fresh and can be eaten raw or cooked even without cleaning with water.
